By creating an account or using any part of the Meckify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Meckify on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Meckify.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Meckify will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
You agree to use Meckify only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the service. You may not:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry your payment method. Continued failure to pay may result in your account being downgraded to the Starter plan or suspended.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Meckify, including customer records, job histories, and invoice information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may export your data at any time from your account settings. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.
Meckify and all its components — including the software, design, trademarks, and content — are the intellectual property of Meckify Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or brand assets.
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the product.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meckify Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Meckify after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
